About AndProducers
AndProducers is a handbook for people who make marketing happen - producers, creative ops leads, project managers, studio heads, and anyone responsible for shipping creative at scale.
Most production knowledge lives in Slack threads, tribal memory, and the heads of experienced producers who've been doing this for years. This site exists to surface it: practical guides, tested templates, real-world playbooks, and weekly articles on the craft and business of marketing production.
What you'll find here
Articles - In-depth analysis and perspective on the production industry. New article every week, covering creative production ops, strategy, in-housing, martech, social, and video.
Guides - Evergreen how-to content that walks through how things work and how to do them well. Built to be referenced repeatedly, not just read once.
Templates - The actual documents and tools that production teams use: brief templates, QA checklists, content matrices, trafficking specs. All free to download, no sign-up required.
Playbooks - Quick SOPs for shipping safely. Designed to be shared with your team, dropped into your documentation, or printed and put on the wall.
The six pillars
Content on AndProducers is organised across six topic areas that together cover the full scope of modern marketing production:
- Production Ops - Briefs, QA, trafficking, versioning, and the mechanics of shipping creative at scale.
- Creative Strategy - Concepting, briefing, campaign architecture, and creative effectiveness.
- In-housing - Building internal studios, managing agencies, and structuring creative ops inside brands.
- Martech & Adtech - DCO, DAMs, CDPs, ad tech, and the tools that power modern production.
- Social & Content - Content production for social platforms - formats, workflows, and volume production.
- Video & Motion - Video production, motion design, editing pipelines, and broadcast-to-digital.
